Remembrance: What are the Benefits of Rosemary


Rosemary supports the nervous system and digestive system since its a rich source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds; which are thought to help boost the immune system and improve blood circulation. Rosemary is considered a cognitive stimulant and can help improve memory performance and quality. It is also known to boost alertness, intelligence, and focus. Consuming herbal tea of Rosemary is an excellent way to benefit and extend longevity, reduce anxiety, boost mood, and improve concentration and memory. Promote Hair Growth and Beauty including digestion aid, arthritis-related joint pain, reduce hair loss, relieve muscle pain and spasm. Make a wreath of Rosemary for beauty and aromatic effects. Include a sprig when you cook fish to rid the fishy smell and adding to tougher meats it performs as a great meat tenderizer, delicious in potatoes, soups and bread.

Winter over Rosemary inside where the temperature stays above freezing close to a South facing window for the light source and only water lightly should the dirt feel dirt.
